    • C'est bien beau tout ça, mais une journée de travail en tant que coordonnateur de projets avec nous, c'est quoi?

  • Réaliser et mettre à jour les échéanciers;
  • Planifier les besoins quant aux appareils de levage;
  • Préparer et mettre à jour le dossier administratif de chaque projet (échéancier, ventilation des coûts, méthodes d'exécution, sous-traitance, etc.);
  • Procéder à la facturation du projet, présenter son avancement et effectuer le processus d'approbation;
  • Vérifier et analyser la proposition et les documents contractuels de chaque projet;
  • Analyser les directives du chantier et préparer les demandes de changement;
  • Participer aux meetings de coordination du chantier;
  • Superviser plusieurs chantiers et appuyer les assistants dans leurs tâches quotidiennes;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

    • Ce dont vous aurez besoin?:

  • Détenir un DEC ou un BAC en génie civil ou en génie de la construction;
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la construction, génie civil et industriel lourd un atout;
  • Maîtriser les outils informatiques et la suite Office, principalement Excel;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel MS Project et AutoCAD (un atout);
  • Être en mesure de se déplacer dans la région de Québec.
