    The Application Support Team is a team of invaluable professionals supporting our organization's mission-critical applications. They support the applications in all major domains by providing technical, functional & system support.

    In this role, each team member supports the end user community, internal IT teams and external third party support partners in a personable and professional manner. They bring a developed approach to diagnosing issues with the willingness to collaborate to find the best possible solutions.

    A successful candidate in this role can demonstrate the effective use of monitoring tools, perform a deep-dive in troubleshooting and investigating, and be able to clearly and effectively communicate the outcomes. They are continually seeking new & better ways to meet the changing world of application security. They have an inquisitive mind, willingness to learn, skill at facilitating technical conversations and the ability to fail fast to keep progress moving forward.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for SAP FICA and related modules, including but not limited to, SAP CI, and SAP Billing.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
    • Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements and effectively communicate solutions and enhancements to the SAP system.
    • Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet business needs.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity within the FICA and related modules.
    • Provide end-user training and create documentation for SAP processes and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
    • Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and best practices to implement system upgrades and improvements.
    • Participate in on-call support and incident management as required.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience in SAP application support, with a strong focus on FICA and related modules.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP CI modules, billing processes, and integration with other SAP components.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including data migration and enhancement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with end-users and cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of SAP best practices and the ability to implement system upgrades and improvements.
    • Familiarity with incident management and on-call support procedures.
    • Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
    • Experience with ITIL and associated tools, such as ServiceNow is a plus.
    • Experience with Splunk
    • Nice to have, SAP BRIM and/or SAP SOM experience
