    Description

    Business Analyst

    On behalf of our client in the Retail Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst.

    Business Analyst – Job Description

    • The BA will support the second phase - understanding the requirements, doing research and freezing the final inputs
    • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
    • Use data-based decision methodologies to analyze the customer journey and identify business opportunities
    • Cultivate relationships with global peers in other markets to better align to global standards as well as leverage/influence processes and systems across markets
    • Actively support and optimize the systems and processes in your domain by promoting; defect fixes, frequently occurring support problems, and efficiency drains into your backlog
    • Actively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, training programs and clear documentation
    • Keep up to date on the industry and products in the omni-channel landscape; turn this research into actionable recommendations to accomplish business objectives
    • Act as a system SME, understanding how stakeholders use these systems and providing vision and assistance to teams in getting the most from the capabilities we enable

    Business Analyst – Mandatory Skills

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Great communicator, willing to do research and doing credibility checks on return items
    • 6-8 years of experience required
    • Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met

    Business Analyst - Nice to Have Skills

    • PMP/CBAP certification is an asset
    • Retail Experience
    • Has experience on Agile/Scrum

    Business Analyst - Assignment Start Date

    ASAP – 4 months to start
