    Starting hiring base salary CAD $40,500 – $50,500 / USD $38,000 – 48,000*

    What you will be doing:

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and track all operational requests through to resolution: Support in managing day to day incentive escalations on behalf of GE AppliancesProvide summary escalation reporting directly to GE AppliancesSupport and provide training on operational processes where applicable
  • Support Program Intake processes (New and existing programs)Provide operational support and training to all ASM'sCollaborate with brand teams to ensure program launches are on trackCreate and maintain workback schedules
  • Support Technology requestsProvide oversight on technology requestsAttend and support technical meetingsProvide oversight and support for SPIFF planning tool
  • ReportingSupport internal GE Appliances stakeholders with reporting requestsSupport internal GE Appliances stakeholders with training on reporting functionality
  • Marketing requests (Intake, Support, Follow up)Support internal 360 team members with marketing calendars and workback schedulesSupport GE Appliances marketing calendar by communicating with 360 marketing teams
  • VIP/Client SupportCollaborate with 360 GE Appliances VIP team to support process improvementsSupport training initiatives with 360 teamsSupport training for all GE Appliances stakeholders
  • Customer Care (Training, Support, Follow Up, Reporting)Support and organize ongoing training with the 360 customer care team Provide scorecard reporting to the GE Appliances team as required
  • Support cross functional communications and updates within GE Appliances
  • Support with the maintenance of all NPS and support scorecards
  • Update and support with maintenance of all documentation
  • Attend and support with all operational/marketing focused calls
