    The Role:
    Product Specialist for De'Longhi - Full Time

    You have top-notch communication and relationship-building skills with a knack for educating consumers on the value, features, and benefits of exceptional coffee products.

    They are committed to continuing their mission of creating exceptional products that improve the lives of the consumer through innovative technologies and unparalleled design bringing convenience and style into every customer's home, making the everyday better.

    Your role is to drive sales through your product expertise, education, demonstrations and support consumers, retail associates and managers through presenting and demonstrating their products both at in person training and demo events but also via their live stream platforms.

    Centered out of the De'Longhi Canada head office in Brampton, the Shop Live experience is where you are creating an immersive and captivating product demo experiences for our customers across multiple live streaming platforms.

    The De'Longhi virtual Studio will have you speaking with our valued customers throughout the day. You will have a one-way audio/video feed (consumers will be able to see and hear you, you will be able to hear them, but not see them)
    Build brand awareness and loyalty by sharing the brand story and values with customers.
    Answer customer questions on coffee products, brewing techniques, and the brand.
    Collaborate with the in-house management team to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
    Use your influence to create content that resonates with our target demographic, driving interest and foot traffic to our De'Longhi Website

    Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and captivating content.
    Strong organizational and event planning skills.
    Knowledge of other languages is a definite asset.
    Work evenings and weekends
    Commute to De'Longhi office, retailers & transport demo equipment & supplies
