    Job Summary:

    Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this person supports the People and Culture team in all files that require administrative follow-up, follow-up with employees and the implementation of programs for managers or employees. (e)s.

    Among other things, she is involved in daily human resources management tasks and can participate in recruitment, integration, group insurance, training and other matters.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment process, if necessary;
  • Maintain the information required by the human resources information system;
  • Act as the point of contact for the payroll department;
  • Act as the point of contact for employees for all employment confirmation requests or other similar requests;
  • Update organizational charts for the company;
  • Ensure complete management of intern files;
  • Participate in the reception and integration of employees;
  • Manage administrative HR files including compensation, social benefits, health and safety at work, recognition, and other relevant matters;
  • Support the People and Culture team in the deployment of various projects;
  • Participate in the OHS committee;
  • Get involved in the work accident prevention process;
  • Participate in the French language committee;
  • Participate in the development and promotion of the employer brand;
  • Support managers in the application of HR management policies;
  • Write documents, letters, policies, presentations, etc. in French and English;
  • Participate in improving the employee experience by analysing survey results and recommending possible solutions, etc.;
  • Participate in change management efforts, interactive feedback, etc.;
  • Carry out rigorous follow-ups of employee files (maternity, paternity, work stoppage, work permits, etc.);
  • Collect and analyze data related to identified HR indicators;
  • Coordinate training, informative lunches or HR presentations;
  • Perform any other tasks required by the position.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/industrial relations;
  • 1 to 3 years of business experience in HR functions;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including French and English since PixMob is an international company;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Have worked on an HRIS;
  • Excellent work organization;
  • Rigor and thoroughness;
  • A very strong sense of initiative;
  • Use good judgment, tact and discretion to maintain confidentiality;
  • Very comfortable with computers;
  • Demonstrate a sense of accountability by prioritizing all requests and taking charge of files;
  • Have ease in creating simple and attractive documents;

  • Work Environment:

    The work environment is typically indoors within a warehouse facility, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud noises. Proper safety equipment and procedures are provided to ensure a safe working environment.
