    We're looking for our next Institutional Sales Specialist .

    The purpose of the Institutional Sales Specialist is to liaise with and assist our Institutional Sales Partners in an effort to onboard new clients and support existing clients referred by them.

    What's it like working as the Institutional Sales Specialist at Questrade?

    The Institutional Sales Specialist will provide support to our Institutional Sales Partners - Precious Metals Dealers and Exempt Market Product Issuers to help onboard their clients to Questrade.

    The Specialist will also liaise internally with Finance, Compliance, Back Office and Trade Desk for any other related tasks such as precious metal purchases, withdrawals, redemptions among others.

    The Institutional Sales Specialist is responsible for performing both inbound and outbound communications using multiple channels, such as phone and email.

    Acting as the primary point of contact for clients referred through Precious Metal Dealers and Exempt Market Product Issuers
    Assisting Precious Metal Dealers/ Issuers and their referred clients with the account opening and funding process
    Liaising with Finance, Compliance, Back Office for trade settlements and processing withdrawals
    Working with Back Office to complete new accounts and account transfers
    Making outbound calls to clients to assist them with their precious metals and exempt market product-related queries and other account related inquiries
    Becoming an SME on account opening, Precious Metals and Private Products
    Participating in regular Sales department meetings
    Working with back office teams to onboard new funds
    Coordinating with back office teams on purchases and redemptions of Exempt Market Products
    Reviewing precious metals trades
    Working with issuers and back office on DRIP deposits and distributions
    So are YOU our next Institutional Sales Specialist? Are a College or University graduate or equivalent, preferably in Business, Finance, or Economics
    Have 1+ years of industry experience, preferably in Sales, Customer Service, Back / Middle Office
