    In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need dedicated and enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer service-oriented technicians-- that's where you come in Your role will include unparalleled technical support for our client, allowing them to experience the best support available within the industry.

    Ce poste est situé à Ottawa. En tant que technicien de terrain I, vous serez responsable de la prise en charge et de la maintenance des ordinateurs portables, des ordinateurs de bureau et des imprimantes pour les utilisateurs finaux de nos clients.     What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Troubleshoots, repairs, and provides maintenance to machines and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Adjusts machine settings according to specifications to complete tasks accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
  • Maintient, analyse, dépanne et répare les systèmes informatiques, le matériel et les périphériques informatiques
  • Documente, entretient, met à niveau ou remplace les systèmes matériels et logiciels
  • Prend en charge et maintient les informations de compte d'utilisateur, y compris les groupes de droits, de sécurité et de systèmes.
  • Identifie, analyse et répare les défaillances des produits, commande et remplace les pièces au besoin
  • S'appuie sur l'expérience et le jugement pour planifier et atteindre ses objectifs.
  • Effectue une variété de tâches compliquées
  • Travaux sous supervision générale. Un certain degré de créativité et de latitude est requis
  • Assistance logicielle sur place
  • Réparation d'imprimantes haut de gamme et d'appareils multifonctions
  • Réparation matérielle et restauration logicielle au niveau des composants de serveur
  • Remplacement/configuration de périphérique réseau
  • Dépannage réseau de base
  • Exécution 'Smart Hands'

    • Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • **MUST be conversationally fluent in French and English**
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or related field
  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience in related field Experience working with a multitude of tools Electro-mechanical background Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control aspects of automation systems.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
