    Description
    El Analista de crédito y cobros se centrará específicamente en los cobros de cuentas de clientes por montos vencidos.
    Las responsabilidades de cobranza incluyen pero no se limitan a:
    Obtención de un resumen de los saldos de las cuentas de los clientes
    Generación de avisos de mora al cliente
    Contactar a los clientes para el pago y documentar su respuesta.
    Escalar los problemas de cobranza al personal de ventas local
    Evaluar y recomendar problemas escalados para cancelaciones
    Generar y preparar estados de cuenta periódicos para los clientes
    Supervisión del desempeño del cliente frente a los compromisos de pago
    Licenciatura
    Nivel de inglés avanzado
    Al menos 1 año de experiencia en finanzas
    Al menos 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente
