    Description

    The Co-ordinator, Product Flow is responsible for supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation and PO management, with the objective of ensuring PO integrity, on-time delivery and fulfillment expectations. This role is cross-functional, working closely with Merchants, Planning, Vendors, distribution and logistic partners.

    KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

    • Purchase order accuracy, on-time delivery.
    • Internal and external customer satisfaction and engagement

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Functional

    • Prepare and issue purchase orders according to seasonal and replenishment buy plans
    • Support purchase order changes across merchandising PODS
    • Provide regular status updates on outstanding and completed purchases
    • Ensure accuracy of purchase order terms, quantity, pricing and delivery dates
    • Proactively identify purchasing issues and removes roadblocks where possible
    • Work with vendors to acquire appropriate information required for timely delivery of product
    • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
    • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
    • Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo's customers
    • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

    Qualifications

    Work Experience / Education / Certifications

    • High school diploma or relevant equivalent experience
    • Previous experience at Indigo considered an asset
    • Advanced level Excel skills required
