    We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our multi-disciplinary Technology PMO to help launch our Agile Transformation. The Agile Project Manager's duties will include planning and managing application backlogs, software development, data engineering and reporting initiatives, and configuration and deployment of commercial software. The Project Manager will also take part in some Product Management and OCM activities.

    Agile Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Product Management principles
    • Solid experience with Microsoft office, Microsoft Project and AzureDevOps
    • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Data Lifecycle Management
    • Experience with large scale enterprise grade software rollouts
    • Ability to conduct technical design sessions
    • Commitment to documentation and project artifacts
    • Understanding of OCM and how it fits into the Project / Product Lifecycle

    Agile Project Manager Requirements:

    • Degree in business, administration, technology or a related field
    • Strong understanding of Agile project management
    • Strong working knowledge and expertise in the use of Azure DevOps tool set
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships
    • Ability to work independently
    • Commitment to delivery
    • Ability to lead resources within a matrix environment
