    Role Designation: Home Based

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Excellence, the Senior Marketing Specialist is the subject matter expert for our broker portfolio and supports the development and evolution of Pembridge, Pafco and other platforms supporting ACG's strategic goals. This role will manage our partnerships with vendors, brokers, employees and customers. Additionally, this role will support our new strategy of increasing the sophistication of acquisition in marketing and any other duties/special projects as assigned.

    Accountabilities:

    • Plan, develop and maintain our broker strategy, including executing the department's communications for a variety of marketing and communications materials, including collateral materials, digital assets, presentations, bulletins, and newsletters.
    • Maintain the administration of broker expense allocations, email inboxes, and practices that ensure compliance with company, regulatory, legal, and ethical policies.
    • Liaise with production vendors and graphic team to execute the production of marketing material and campaigns while maintaining brand standards.
    • Actively leverage Insights and analytics on marketing metrics: measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts
    • Partner with Product Operations and market teams to understand rule and product changes and develop communications to implement.
    • Maintain the Underwriting Manuals and post to the broker sites and effectively communicate changes internally and externally.
    • Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
    • A minimum 3 years of in-house marketing or agency experience with a focus on B2B programs.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social, Email Marketing etc.) and analytic/reporting tools.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Exceptional project management skills including organization and time management skills.
    • Strong to advanced level MS Office Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
