    Nous recherchons pour notre segment Industrie et Eau un(e) Spécialiste, Expédition/Réception qui participera activement et exercera des fonctions au nom de l'entreprise afin d'assurer la fluidité des employés, des biens et des opérations de l'entreprise et la protection du site. Vous serez également impliqué dans de multiples tâches liées au contrôle de l'accès aux installations de l'entreprise.

    Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable :

  • Contrôler l'accès aux installations et aux opérations de l'entreprise dans le respect des directives établies et la norme C-TPAT. Cela inclura la création et la journalisation des visiteurs, des fournisseurs, des sous-traitants, selon les besoins.
  • Responsable de l'enregistrement du trafic des véhicules entrant et sortant du site de l'entreprise. Peut être responsable de l'enregistrement d'autres informations relatives aux véhicules.
  • S'assurer que les contracteurs aient complétés la formation de Sécurité avant d'entrer sur le site.
  • Sera responsable du traitement des appels téléphoniques (après les heures normales de travail) à l'établissement, de la journalisation des appels et du traitement des demandes de renseignements en les dirigeant vers les personnes ou les services appropriés.
  • Doit être familier avec les opérations et la disposition du site. Cela inclut, sans toutefois s'y limiter, les entrées et les sorties, l'emplacement de l'équipement d'incendie et de secours, les zones de stockage de produits chimiques et les systèmes mécaniques.
  • Effectuer des rondes de patrouille (selon la procédure établie) en s'assurant que l'installation est sécurisée et en bon état du point de vue de la sécurité et de la sûreté.
  • Assure que les livraisons des camions / remorques sont approprié selon la norme de C-TPAT. Cela inclura la consignation de toutes les informations requises dans le journal système.
  • Familier avec les procédures d'urgence de l'entreprise, en cas d'urgence, capable d'intervenir rapidement et de contacter le personnel approprié (selon la procédure établie).
  • Observer les caméras de surveillance vidéo, situées dans tout l'établissement et à l'extérieur du périmètre. Aider les opérations à observer les activités dans l'établissement en notant et en rendant compte de manière appropriée.
  • Peut être responsable de l'ouverture et / ou de la fermeture de l'usine au besoin. Cela implique de se familiariser avec les systèmes d'alarme et les procédures de la société.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches et tâches connexes selon les besoins.
  • Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires
  • Formation en sécurité de préférence
  • Connaissances informatiques de base, y compris la connaissance des programmes Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
  • Capacité à communiquer avec d'autres membres du personnel de sécurité et des installations via des systèmes téléphoniques et radio de base.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Aptitude à parler, à lire, à écrire le Français et l'Anglais. Aptitude à lire et à interpréter des documents tels que les règles de sécurité, les instructions d'utilisation et de maintenance et les manuels de procédures. Capacité à remplir des rapports de routine et la correspondance. Compétences informatiques de base.
  • Capacité de raisonnement : Aptitude à appliquer le bon sens pour exécuter des instructions écrites ou orales détaillées mais non impliquées. Capacité à traiter des problèmes impliquant quelques variables concrètes dans des situations standardisées.
  • Exigences physiques : Longues périodes assis / debout, Appeler à se lever fréquemment d'une position assise

    Shipping/Receiving Specialist

    We are looking for a Specialist, Shipping/Receiving for our Industry and Water segment who will actively participate and perform functions on behalf of the company to ensure that the Employees, property, and operations of the company are fluid and the site is protected. Will additionally be involved in multiple duties relating to controlling access to and from the company facility.

    In this role you will be responsible for

  • Control access to company facilities and operations within the guidelines established and according to C-TPAT regulations for the facility or operation. This will include creating and logging visitors, vendors, carriers and contractors as required.
  • Responsible for logging vehicle traffic both entering and exiting company site. May be responsible for recording other various information regarding company vehicles.
  • Will be responsible for handling phone calls (after normal business hours) to the facility, logging calls and properly handling inquiries directing them to the proper individuals or department.
  • Must be familiar with the operations and layout of the facility. This includes but is not limited to, entrances and exits, location of fire and emergency equipment, chemical storage areas and mechanical systems.
  • Make patrol rounds at appropriate intervals, within the guidelines established, ensuring that the facility is secure and in proper condition from both a security and safety standpoint.
  • Familiar with company emergency procedures, in an emergency able to respond in a timely manner and contact appropriate personnel within the guidelines established.
  • Maintain and observe video surveillance cameras, located throughout the facility and outside perimeter. Assist operations in observing activity within the facility making appropriate notations and reports.
  • Ensure truck/trailer deliveries are appropriate and that the seals from that truck/trailer match up properly to the incoming driver's paperwork. This will include logging all the correct information into the system log.
  • May be responsible for opening and/or closing the plant as needed. This will include becoming familiar with the company's alarm systems and key/keypad procedures.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
  • What you bring to the team:

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, SAP, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with other facility personnel over basic phone and radio systems
  • Security experience preferred
  • Language Skills : Ability to speak, read, write and understand both French and English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence. Basic computer skills.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Physical requirements: Long periods of standing/sitting, Frequently getting up from a seated position.
