    Description

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Order Management

    Full-Time, PERM

    Location: Mississauga-Remote or Hybrid. (CANDIDATE CAN CHOOSE )

    Must go to office once per month.

    Hours: Full-Time – 8:30am-4:30pm Or 8:30am-5:00pm

    Salary: Up to $55K + Bonus

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Communicates heavily with distributors and OEM customers.
    • Handling product orders received mainly by EDI and phone calls calls per day in a non-call center environment
    • Requires good working knowledge of parts and the company system.
    • Works closely with shipping to manage order requirements.
    • Processes credits, discrepancies and manual billing as required
    • Supports technical calls from the customer base that requires a good understanding of company products.
    • Analyzes information from OEM's such as schedule releases and order processing data.
    • Supports District Sales Managers.
    • Verifies proof of deliveries and works with carriers on problem shipments.
    • Prepare warranty return paperwork
    • Process freight bills
    • Verify shipment paperwork checking for correct part numbers and quantities

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bilingual French/English (Spoken and Written)
    • College or University is a Must
    • Minimum three years' experience in product Order Management
    • EDI strong asset
