    Description

    We are in search of a Digital Analytics Strategist who will play a crucial role in analyzing digital product data to guide strategic decisions and actionable insights. This individual will possess expert-level proficiency in digital analytics and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights that enhance marketing performance, user behavior analysis, and decision-making processes. Exceptional English communication skills are essential, along with solid expertise in CPD and Adobe tools, including AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) and AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer).

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and upkeep dashboards, reports, and analyses providing actionable insights into customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and digital product usage.
    • Manage and enhance the implementation of tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other industry-standard platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to assess campaign performance and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
    • Define and conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine user experience and conversion rates.
    • Analyze user behavior in collaboration with product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
    • Establish and implement user-behavior analytics standards and quality assurance best practices to uphold data integrity.
    • Keep abreast of the latest digital analytics trends and tools, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our analytics capabilities.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent English skills.
    • Minimum five years of experience in digital analytics or related fields.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Marketing tools such as AEP and AJO.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
    • Experience with RT-CDP Execution from data gathering to activation.
    • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing tools and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Spanish proficiency.
    • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
