You will have:
General office skills
Intermediate to Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office, (Excel required)
Experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping preferred
Familiarity with Accounting Software would be an asset
You may be working towards a diploma program in Business, Office or Secretarial Administration (although not required if applicable experience to compensate) and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Windows.
This is a Summer Student Employment Opportunity through Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ).Student eligibility is as follows:
a) is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
b) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and
c) have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
*International students are not eligible participants. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
This position will be thirty hours per week for a duration of nine weeks, starting in June.
