    Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

    Under the general direction of GSE Manager assist with procurement of Ground Equipment parts and materials by following the Min/Max Program and the submitted requests on the GSE program.

    Ensure duties are performed in accordance with Cargojet's Policies & Procedures.

    Source for procurement and obtain quotations for the purchase of GSE parts, tools, materials and services, in accordance with all of Cargojet's internal controls and purchasing policies.

    Ensure parts and supplies are purchased from (AVL) Company approved sources, and arrive with proper documents, including certifications from regulatory authorities.

    Periodic on-call duties, as might be required during after-hours and weekends.
    Electronic Filing of all procurement docs, including purchase orders, quotes, certs, specs and any related documents.
