GPS Insight/Certified Tracking Solutions is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The role requires effective coordination between sales, fulfillment, and accounting teams to optimize operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
    Monitor incoming hardware orders and accessories in HubSpot/Netsuite/Salesforce, ensuring correct entry in the designated dashboard.

    Update and manage sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring accurate data translation and adjustment from prospect status to customer status.

    Navigate and manage updates in our CRM systems.
    Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions and customer interactions.
    Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal standards.

    Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, specifically experience working with Salesforce.
