    Description

    Overview: Our client in Thornhill is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Support Associate to join their Wealth Management Practice. As a vital member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to the Investment Advisors while actively contributing to sales initiatives, client engagement, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards managing tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Support:
      • Assist Investment Advisors in managing client relationships and prospecting efforts.
      • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
      • Prepare and distribute client correspondence, reports, and presentations.
      • Input and update client data accurately in CRM systems.
    2. Administrative Duties:
      • Handle paperwork related to client accounts, including account opening, transfers, and maintenance.
      • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships as needed.
      • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
    3. Marketing and Social Media:
      • Support the development and execution of social media campaigns and content creation.
      • Monitor and engage with social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
      • Assist in organizing client events, seminars, and webinars, including logistics and promotion.
    4. Client Relationship Management:
      • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
      • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
      • Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and retention efforts.
    5. Reporting and Analysis:
      • Generate reports and analysis related to client activity, sales performance, and marketing initiatives.
      • Assist in analyzing client portfolios and investment strategies to support advisory services.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is advantageous.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
