    Description

    Location:
    Remote

    Shift: 9am-5pm (Need to be within a 3HR time frame of EST timezone)
    You'll be instrumental in communicating the CTO's technical vision and strategic initiatives. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional looking to work closely with our clients CTO and executive team.


    Strategic Planning:

    Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute the company's technical strategy, including product development, technology investments, and innovation initiatives.


    Project Management:
    Oversee key projects, ensuring they are aligned with company goals, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

    Research and Analysis:

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities that can enhance the company's technical capabilities.


    Executive Support:
    Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO, including meeting preparation, and prioritizing tasks to maximize their productivity.

    Policy & Compliance Development:
    Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to technology, data security, and compliance.

    3+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, such as a software engineer, software architect, or technical project manager.

    ~ Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
    ~ Experience working in a start up or fast-growing technology company
    ~ Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
    ~ Managing vendors and organizational budgeting
    ~ Experience sourcing, hiring, recruiting technical talent
    ~ Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    Leadership and team management experience.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software development methodologies.
    Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
    Strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies.
    Strong software engineering experience and architecture experience.
    Strong familiarity with the software development life cycle
    SQL or relational database skills
