    We are looking for a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the Toronto Area.     Here's how we support our agents:

    • Create captivating and visually appealing posts to engage and grow our social media following.
    • Nurture relationships with followers to create an interactive and responsive online community.
    • Execute various buyer, seller, and first-time home buyer campaigns to support database nurturing efforts.
    • Provide business planning, coaching, and training to equip agents for success in the upcoming market.
    Compensation:

    $79,000 - $120,500 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Reach out to and follow up with potential leads in order to increase sales
    • Schedule meetings with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and match them with the right property
    • Maintain contact with leads to create more sales opportunities
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate more sales
    • Remain informed on local information to answer clients' queries about the house and neighborhood
    Qualifications:
    • Must possess a valid Real Estate license
    • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
    • Preferable to have a proven track record of sales experience and success
    • Must exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and be organized
    • Must be able to attend training sessions both in the evening and during the day
    • Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
    • Must be technologically savvy
