    Description
    Planiform is currently looking for a part-time Accoungting Technician to join its team . We design, manufacture and install automated conveyor systems for distribution centers, retail stores and industrial laundries. Flexible hours
    Possibility of teleworking 1 day a week
    Closed during the holiday season
    Additional paid time off during the holiday season
    Collective garden during the summer
    Excellentworking a tmosphere and many social activities

    As an accounting technician at Planiform, your ideas will be listened to and taken into consideration and you will be considered a key player.

    Perform the accounting of various entries in the general journal
    Provide assistance in analyzing the company's cash flow needs
    Ensure the follow-up of expenses or credits relating to current contracts
    Ensure the accuracy and continuity of accounting information
    Assist in the preparation of year-end audit files
    Provide assistance in various special projects
    Participate in the bookkeeping of management companies as needed
    General support for other tasks of the accounting department
    Strictly adhere to the quality and control standards set in the execution of all tasks
    Technical or DEP in accounting
    Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience
    Good knowledge of Sage software (an asset)
    Be familiar with an ERP system (an asset)
    Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
    French advanced
