    Description

    Attention Electrical Foremen and Project Managers

    Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a full-service electrical contractor, is seeking experienced professionals for a PM position. With 10+ years of experience, you could be the perfect fit Even better, our client offers the ability to work remotely and rarely require travel to the head office. This opportunity primarily serves industrial new construction markets, with projects located in the outskirts from London to Barrie, so you can avoid downtown Toronto traffic.     What's in it for you?

    Requirements:

    -Currently in a foreman or pm position with an electrical contactor

    10 + years of experience in the electrical construction industry

    The successful candidates must have knowledge and experience within the Electrical Contracting sector specifically.

    -To assist in the plan of electrical projects

    Prepare and submit electrical schedules, milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.

    -Prepare and submit electrical construction project budget estimates.

    -Prepare contracts and negotiate project revisions and changes.

    -Manage the implementation of quality control programs.

    -Represent the team on matters such as business services and union matters.

    -Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.

    -Solicit and submit shop drawings between vendors and owners for approval.

    -Material and equipment purchasing for secured jobs.

    -Coordinate and manage projects

    -Monthly billing process
