    Strategic HR Leadership:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our growth, enhances our culture, and optimises our talent.

    Talent Management:
    Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent


    Performance Management:
    Design and implement performance management systems that are fair, consistent, and aligned with our company goals.

    Learning and Development:

    Establish a learning culture through the development of programs and initiatives that support ongoing employee development and skill acquisition.

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI efforts throughout the organisation


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain talent.
    Serve as a trusted resource for all team members on various HR matters


    HR Analytics:
    Utilise HR analytics to inform decision-making, track key HR metrics, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    Manage the HRIS to ensure employee records are recorded and current

    Compliance:

    Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with federal, and local employment laws and regulations in both Canada and the United States.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification.

    Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the tech industry.

    Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted company culture and growth.
    Experience in a high-growth startup environment is desirable.
