    PURE) is a member owned insurance company dedicated to reducing the cost of risk associated with the property and liability exposures of high-net-worth individuals and families.

    We are seeking a Risk Manager in the Toronto, ON area who has a proven record of success in assessment and evaluation of loss control.

    You'll conduct on-site and virtual consultations, offering tailored loss prevention strategies to our members.

    The position includes working alongside our underwriting team, our members and brokers and developing loss prevention best practices to safeguard high-net-worth individuals and families from property and liability risks.

    Conduct monthly on-site and virtual consultations to assess property risks and offer tailored loss control advice, ensuring accurate coverage.

    Utilize technology to generate timely PURE360 Risk Reports, informing underwriting decisions and improving property protection strategies.

    Risk Identification:
    Proactively identify potential risks during consultations, effectively communicating insights to underwriters and brokers.

    Market Knowledge:

    Stay informed of regional trends and maintain relationships with local builders and vendors, enriching our understanding of evolving risks.

    Work with teams to identify emerging loss trends and develop innovative solutions for risk mitigation.

    Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    Occasionally deliver risk management training sessions to internal teams, enhancing collective capabilities.
    5+ years' experience in loss control, construction, or related fields.
    ~ Proficiency in MS Office and web applications.
    ~ Knowledge of APEX or similar sketching software preferred.
    ~ Valid passport or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of start date.
    ~ G class driver's license and clean driving abstract.
    ~ Bachelor's degree preferred.
    ~ The base salary for this role can range from $105,000-$135,000 CAD, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual's ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
