- Labour Management: Lead the team responsible for Labour Management and bring together labour strategies with analytics to drive improved labour performance.
- Performance Analysis: Lead the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance across various functions and departments. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on key business metrics.
- Forecasting and Planning: Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to predict future business trends and performance. Develop models and scenarios to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align operational and strategic objectives, share insights, and drive coordinated action.
- Team Leadership: Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster growth and engagement.
- Data Governance and Quality: Establish and maintain data governance standards and processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for analysis and decision-making.

You are a senior strategy and analytics leader who is excited to be a part of a fast-growing, patient-centric healthcare organization that aims to find innovative ways to deliver to our patients, practices and people. You have experience in retail or multi-site business strategy or consulting and have advanced data and analytics ability to be able to provide senior leadership with data driven insights into network performance.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be in a key leadership role within the organizationand will be invited to regularly meet with and present to the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible forbuilding and leading a team to deliverthe Operations Strategy which includes driving best practice and operational excellence across our Practices, labour management strategy and the Operations PMO.
You will be a collaborative and values based leader who is driven by excellence and impact. You will work cross departmentally to implement and advance data-driven strategies that optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient experience, and drive business growth.
