    Description
    Eligeo CRM Inc is a world-leading software implementation technology expert. Our mission is to create a painless onboarding and implementation experience with world-leading software solutions.

    As a Solutions Consultant, your role is to become an important communicator with our clients to help them uncover business potential with many of the software solutions that we offer at Eligeo including SugarCRM, Creatio, Monday.

    Once those quotes and proposals are accepted you will be responsible for defining the solution and building the blueprint for our clients while collaborating with our professional services team to further define costing and time estimates to produce a project plan.

    Lead pre-sales activities including proof of concepts, demos, recommendations, and cost cost/time estimations with assistance from Professional Services / Sales team members.

    Assist with the creation of Statement of Work (SOW) documents for confirmed client projects.
    Document technical solutions (including custom development if required) in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Implementation Managers and Developers.
    Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Testing on developed solutions and work with Implementation Managers/Developers to resolve any issues.
    Develop and manage project plans for clients within their blueprint projects.
    Collaborating with implementation and support teams to ensure the blueprint matches the output of a project.
    Maintain high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in Eligeo supported platforms and products and targeted industries.

    Work will also include performing the duties of an implementation manager (configuration of solutions) as needed depending on resourcing requirements.


    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required.
    Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required.
    A minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager, business analyst or solution architect.

    Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English both written and spoken and able to translate between business users and technical professionals.

    Construction industry knowledge is an asset.

    Remote Position with some travel.
    Salary between CAD$90K - CAD$110K.
    Health and Dental Benefits after 3 months.
