    Description

    We are in search of a Business Analyst for one of our clients situated in Ottawa, ON.



    Duration: 12 Months



    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


    Business Analyst with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders on the SIS project.


    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Strong documentation abilities.
    • Recent expertise with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and innovative projects, specifically in postsecondary student information systems.
    • Familiarity with Thesis Student Management is a plus.
    • Able to engage/influence stakeholders to find effective solutions.
    • Proficiency in industry standard back-office processes and process mapping.
    • Experience in analyzing IT automation solutions along with business process enhancements.
    • Skilled in Client applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook.
    • Hands-on experience in creating process flow charts/diagrams and documents.
    • Understanding of data and process modeling.
    • Background in change management.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodology.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate issues, listen effectively, and influence stakeholders.
    • Beneficial to have experience with MS Project and integrated planning.
    • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
    • Previous Project Management experience is beneficial.
