    Description

    The client is in need of a strong bilingual business analyst that has experiencing documenting business processes in a system migration. Preference to candidates that have supported projects implementing paradox/CAMIS

    The Role:

    Reporting to the Chief, Business Services, you will ensure that the processes and supporting systems continues to meet business stakeholder needs. You will be a key liaison between the line-of-business staff, which performs the process work manually or in conjunction with automated systems, and the technical Information Technology and Management (IT/IM) staff, that implements solutions. You will collaborate with peers throughout the organization as well as with external vendors in solution and application development, project management, and delivery of technology services. You will support the business process owner allowing them to make better decisions about changing processes to drive higher performance outcomes consistently.

    Experience in each of the following areas:


    •Business process design, especially leveraging technology as a solution;


    •Business analysis tools, techniques and processes;


    •Implementation of Reservation systems;


    •Project management methodologies.

    KNOWLEDGE


    •Of Software Quality Assurance processes;


    •Of business systems and integration;


    •Of marketing and communication strategies.

    ABILITIES


    •To analyze and make recommendations;


    •To establish priorities, organize work to meet tight deadlines and work with limited supervision;


    •To adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities;


    •To document detailed business and technical requirements;


    •To interact with vendors and contractors to obtain deliverables;


    •To communicate effectively in writing and orally.
