    Please note that for this remote position we areonly able to hire candidates who are currently located within the Eastern time zone in Canada.

    Analyze business scenarios and requirements for production, engineering, material requirements planning (MRP), and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues.

    Identify project milestones, phases and elements, and keep team within timeline and budget.
    Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
    Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures. user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training.

    Partner with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to delivery.

    Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications.

    Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

    Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
    Reviewing user documentation and training courses on the product functionality being developed

    5-7 years of business/systemanalysis experience working with Manufacturingsolutions.
    ERP experience required, specifically Manufacturing Module and/or Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) submodule
    In-depth functional, technical and market knowledge enabling the provision of appropriate solutions.
    Solid understanding of current market trends from solution, vendor and end-user perspective.

    Ability to gather business requirements from different stakeholders, analyze, design according to the product's principle and write a detailed functional specification with use cases, mockups, UML Diagrams, and other process flows.

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
    Basic Business English is required for this role.
