    Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator
    Transport Industry
    Location: Etobicoke
    Salary: $50,000 annually
    Shifts: Day (5AM - 2PM)
    Afternoon: 2pm-10pm

    Are you an experienced "Dispatcher" with strong exposure to TMS system? Our leading Transportation industry client seeks a dynamic resource with hands-on experience dispatching drivers in a fast-paced environment.

    What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for the prompt dispatch of drivers
  • You will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of the drivers and proactively addressing any scheduling issues that may arise.
  • You will update TMS by creating, assigning and tendering of trips
  • Ability to assist with loading of trucks, as required

    • What you bring:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher in a fast paced Transportation / Freight Forwarding environment
  • Hands-on experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) is mandatory
  • Ability to operate a Walkie and forklift is a strong asset
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated
