    We're seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of our catering operations from start to finish.
    Ma-Ro Catering is renowned for delivering exceptional catering experiences, specializing in corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.

    Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail sets us apart, and we're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who shares our passion for creating memorable events.

    Logistics Coordinator
    Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.

    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records of all catering supplies and equipment.
    • Conduct site visits as needed to assess venue logistics and coordinate setup and teardown of event spaces.
    • Provide onsite support during events to oversee logistics and address any lastminute changes or challenges.
    Previous experience in event coordination, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with event management software is an asset.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, based on event schedules.
