Le directeur de magasin assume un rôle de leadership et est responsable de l'ensemble des opérations quotidiennes du magasin. Il met l'accent sur l'excellence du service à la clientèle et favorise un environnement de travail professionnel et agréable pour tous les membres du personnel. De plus, le directeur du magasin a la responsabilité d'atteindre et de dépasser, dans la mesure du possible, les objectifs de vente et d'exploitation du magasin au moyen de techniques de vente proactives, à l'interne et à l'externe.

Développer, organiser, contrôler et diriger un magasin de volume élevé;
Favoriser un environnement de magasin dans lequel le personnel prend la responsabilité de réaliser des objectifs de ventes en continuant à fournir un exceptionnel service à la clientèle;
Superviser les opérations du magasin, le développement des affaires, les relations clients et faire la promotion du magasin au sein de la communauté;
Promouvoir notre marque de luxe en termes de professionnalisme et de qualité
Recrute et embauche du personnel qualifié et entreprend des mesures disciplinaires et des licenciements lorsque nécessaire.
Définit les rôles et les responsabilités et s'assure que tous les conflits sont résolus rapidement.
Fixe et révise régulièrement les objectifs mensuels et annuels de vente et de rendement du personnel.
Encadre, forme et perfectionne les professionnels de la vente en matière de vente, de connaissance des produits et de service à la clientèle, évalue leur rendement et fournit une rétroaction constructive.
Profil du candidat idéal :
Posséder au moins dix (10) ans d'expérience en vente au détail, préférablement dans l'industrie de la joaillerie et/ou des articles de luxe;
Être titulaire d'un Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en marketing ou en gestion;
Être stimulé par les ventes et les résultats, tout en étant conscient que se soucier du client et dépasser ses attentes est la clé du succès;
Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit;
Posséder des aptitudes de formateur et de motivateur;
Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair;
Posséder un esprit d'équipe;
Détenir des compétences informatiques de base (MS Office);
Bilingue (français et anglais).

The Store Director has a leadership role and is responsible for the overall daily store operations and strategy of the store with the support and collaboration of the Regional Director and the VP Retail.
