    # As part of the engineering End to End Talent Management team, you will contribute to achieving our mission: "Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that ensures the Engineering organization has the industry's best talent by optimizing recruitment, retention, engagement, and development."
    Coordinate the logistic for the engineering training: facilitate event organization, advertising, and scheduling of courses, rooms, and equipment reservation
    # Perform data entry and tracking of training attendance, coordinating course feedback, and compiling test results
    # Assist in the planning of the curriculum and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, video content, and reference material
    # Help the knowledge management team in updating and maintaining folder organization, tools, and excel spreadsheet
    # Coordinate and maintain an inventory of training materials
    # Perform other related administrative tasks to support the engineering and product development team

    Have 5 years of experience providing project, coordination, or administrative support
    Have a College Degree in administration or technical/vocational training in office administration or a related field
    Have good computing skills and be proficient in MS Office including SharePoint and intermediate Excel competencies
    Demonstrate good initiative, autonomy, rigor, planning, and organizational skills
    Have good written and verbal skills for effective communication and relation with different engineering groups and first level of management
    Experience in coordinating technical training programs is an asset
