Toronto Based Project Manager and AirTable Expert - From Day One, Inc.

Form Day One is currently seeking a highly skilled business process and operations expert to join our team. In this role, you will optimize our project management and client delivery processes, leveraging Airtable and other platforms to streamline project workflows and enhance overall efficiency. This role requires an understanding of the nuts and bolts of how to make everyday company operations more efficient, more digital, and more scalable.

You will work hands-on with each company team to translate workflow needs into repeatable workflows. You will use Airtable and other relevant digital tools to develop structured systems that drive efficiency and transparency across the company.

A major area of responsibility will be building and optimizing new ticketing and help-desk systems. You'll also be focused on client delivery, customer experience, and content creation, making sure sponsors of our events and other content receive all they need in order to maximize returns on their investment with From Day One. More broadly, you will develop a collaborative vision for using in-house and third-party tools to advance company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the setup and configuration of AirTable and other project and process management tools, tailoring it to meet our specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop repeatable, scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on effective process management.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system glitches related to AirTable usage.
• Work with our Sales, Content, Audience, and Client Success teams to streamline systems for ensuring that all client deliverables are exchanged seamlessly.

• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about intelligent solutions that simplify intricate processes, especially related to productivity

• A 4-year college/university degree.
• A minimum of 5 years' full-time, professional, post-graduation experience.

Benefits

• This is a full-time salaried position. Starting salary is $90,000 CAD per year with opportunities for regular advancement and raises.
• This position is remote, but please be available to meet with stakeholders based in or near the greater Toronto area if requested.
