    Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

    We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Milton, ON.

    Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

    Your future team:

    You will become part of the Customer Service Team reporting to Customer Service Manager. The team currently has 10 customer service representatives.

    • What you bring:

  • You have a rock-solid customer service background
  • 1-3 years' experience managing high volume of orders .
  • Prior SAP experience is a plus
  • Excel is a plus.
  • Graduated from a post-secondary institution? Amazing
  • Bilingual – English and French
  • Computer software - MS Office products
  • Excellent communication skills

    • What you will be doing:

  • Processing a high volume of customer orders and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Recording, processing and responding to all customer requests and concerns
  • Running daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders
  • Liaising with several members of supply chain to see each order from submission to delivery
