    Ce que vous ferez

    En tant que Coordonnateur de la conformité de la Flotte, vous gérerez la conformité réglementaire qui comprend les fichiers de qualification des conducteurs, les heures de service et d'autres questions réglementaire ainsi que les opérations liées à la flotte au Canada. Le coordonnateur de la flotte est responsable de fournir un soutien administratif et de bureau pour assurer des opérations efficaces et efficientes du département de la flotte. Les autres tâches comprennent :

  • Tenir à jour les dossiers de qualification des conducteurs canadiens, y compris le dossier du conducteur (résumé), l'examen annuel de l'aptitude du conducteur, les divulgations d'accidents et de condamnations, les dossiers de toutes les mesures correctives et disciplinaires prises
  • Gérer les copies des documents de formation et des certificats sur les marchandises dangereuses.
  • Coordonner avec le gestionnaire du conducteur pour maintenir les dossiers de qualification du conducteur.
  • Tenir à jour les audits des journaux de bord des conducteurs commerciaux et les dossiers d'infraction conformément à la réglementation canadienne.
  • Vérifier les journaux de bord électroniques mensuels et informer les gestionnaires de site lorsque le journal de bord ne correspond pas aux feuilles de pointage.
  • Suivre les ordres de travail manuels et créer des rapports de maintenance pour toutes les régions/sites avec le logiciel ARI Fleet Management.
  • Gérez les ajouts, les suppressions ou les transferts de véhicules avec le logiciel ARI Fleet Management.
  • Maintenir les dossiers des équipements en s'assurant qu'ils sont conformes et à jour
  • Coordonner avec NCL Fleet Management pour maintenir les dossiers des conducteurs, les déclarations de taxes sur le carburant, les licences et les permis, etc.
  • Générer des rapports mensuels sur le carburant pour tous les camions du plan d'immatriculation international (SAP).
  • Préparer la déclaration trimestrielle de l'Association internationale de la taxe sur les carburants (IFTA) et de la taxe sur les carburants.
  • Recueillir, examiner et corriger les factures mensuelles de la flotte et les transmettre aux comptes créditeurs pour traitement dans SAP.

  • Baccalauréat préféré.
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis
  • 5 ans et plus d'expérience en gestion de flotte
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation du logiciel Microsoft Office
  • Expérience dans SAP préférée.
  • Capacité d'articuler et de présenter efficacement des documents complexes
  • Capacité de se conformer aux licences et aux permis de la flotte canadienne.

    What You'll Do

    As the Fleet Coordinator, you will manage and support all administrative, budget and, program management duties as directed by the DNA (Dyno Nobel Americas) Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for managing and serving as a subject matter expert on Canadian fleet actions. Other duties will include:

  • Ensure compliance with Canadian and international fleet requirements.
  • Maintain Canadian driver qualification files including driver record (abstract), annual review of driver fitness, accident and conviction disclosures, records of all corrective and disciplinary action taken (Dyno Nobel Human Resources), and copies of dangerous goods training materials and certificates.
  • Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers when logbook does not match time-cards.
  • Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers on safety violations.
  • Track manual work orders and create maintenance reports for all regions/sites with ARI Fleet Management software.
  • Manage vehicles additions, deletions, or site transfers with ARI Fleet Management software.
  • Generate monthly fuel reports for all international registration plan (IRP) trucks.
  • Collect, review, and correct monthly fleet invoices and forward to accounts payable for processing in SAP.
  • Identify and request "paper checks" for regular and new vendors as required.
  • Manage and enter documents related to DNCI Transportation Safety Plan.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • 5+ years in fleet management experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software and SAP
  • Proven fleet management experience in Canada.
  • Ability to effectively articulate and present complex material
  • Ability to comply with Canadian fleet licensing and permitting.
