    Carmichael is looking for an Admin support clerk to work help out Accounting department for a fixed, 6 month contract. The candidate would be working from our Head Office, based in Montreal, Quebec.

    Responsibilities:.

    Data entry in our accounting software
    Filing of accounting related documents
    Archiving of documents
    Applies payment in our system to invoices
    Any other tasks to support the Accounting Department.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar administration role
    Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
    Be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
