- Answers and screens phone calls
- Manages visitors and guests (i.e., logs, safety orientations, etc.)
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provides administrative assistance on projects as needed, including travel coordination, document management, time sheet entry, and daily / weekly project reporting (detailed training on DCM specific systems will be provided)
- Works with Head Office departments to support regional needs, such as HR, recruiting, procurement, and accounting
- Perform other related functions as required by Management
- 5+ years of experience working as an Office Coordinator or in an Administration role
- Industrial construction experience is considered an asset, but not required
- High school graduate or equivalence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and Google Docs
- Excellent customer service skills and an enthusiastic positive attitude
- Takes full ownership and accountability of their work and job performance
- Demonstrates success in maintaining composure, effectiveness, and discretion in the face of competing and complex demands
- Local to Saskatoon
- Travel required
- Rotation: 5/2 in Saskatoon office, subject to change based on assignment needs
- Hours of work: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Successful candidate must be flexible and have the ability to help with occasional events and/or increased workload

As Office Coordinator/Administrator you will play an essential role in our growing Saskatchewan operation. Working directly with the Regional Manager, you will assist with daily activities at our Saskatoon office.
