    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Create and Curate: Produce and manage compelling content that aligns with our brand, speaks to our audience, and drives engagement across all major social platforms.
    • Analyze and Adapt: Use metrics to measure impact and effectiveness of content. Be ever-curious about data and ways to improve your craft. Curiosity is key. If we interview, please highlight the ways you demonstrate this.
    • Engage and Grow: Build our community by engaging with followers and influencers, leveraging every like, share, and comment to foster connections and grow our reach.
    WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

    This is a 6-month, full-time contract position with potential to go permanent. Based in our Vancouver head office, the position offers a base salary between $55,000–$60,000. Other perks of working with us include:

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    You've already made your mark in the marketing world and are feeling confident in your growing skills and knowledge. You live for creative videos and trying out new ideas. You're now looking for the role that's going to propel you to the next step, give you room to grow professionally, and an opportunity to have your ideas listened to and put into action. You want your creativity to be valued and nurtured. You want a framework to help you succeed, including mentorship and clear expectations of what success looks like. You'd rather be coached supportively than judged for making a mistake. You're who we're looking for.
    • Creative Flair: You live and breathe videos. Whether it's shooting a quick clip on a camera phone or using some DJI kit to capture sweeping views, you know how to tell a story that captivates. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent? Even better
    • Sales Savvy: You know that marketing and sales work better together. You're a go-getter who sees every follower as a potential customer. You understand the sales mindset and your posts aren't just pretty—they're persuasive.
    • Tactical Tenacity: Online or offline, you're ready to execute strategies that move the needle. From zero to hero, you know how to grow an audience organically and through well-targeted ad campaigns, aiming to shoot from hundreds of followers to tens of thousands. Wacky ideas get you noticed. We want to hear the things your last boss would have dismissed or 'filed away for later'.
    • Experience is Key: You've managed social media for at least 3 years, but you're not just maintaining big brand accounts—you're a proven grower, familiar with both the thrill of the climb and the strategies that scale.
    • Other Requirements Include: Completion of a university degree and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
