    Description
    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as an Order Entry/Sales Representative. This role is essential in ensuring accurate order processing while also driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Responsibilities:
    # Order Processing:

    Enter customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and orders are processed in a timely manner.

    # Sales Generation:

    Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to convert them into orders, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    # Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
    # Product Knowledge:

    Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

    # Quoting:
    Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes to customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines.
    # Sales Support:

    Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in preparing sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in sales meetings.

    # Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth and differentiation.
    # Documentation:
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status in the CRM system.
    # Feedback Loop:
    Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the sales and product development teams for continuous improvement.
    # Adherence to Policies:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, pricing, and order processing.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales, customer service, or order entry roles.
    Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    Prior experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail industry is a plus.
