About the role
There will be no need to advertise the role externally as we have a pool of internal candidates already interested in the role and are qualified.
Temporary position, 1 year contract, maternity replacement
Key responsibilities
•The Account Manager will be responsible to build the Commercial & Execution strategy to drive the growth of the Taste & Nutrition business
•The portfolio is diverse including flavors technologies and multiples types of ingredients for different market segments and channels
•You should be entrepreneurial and have a desire to treat this account as their own business.
•Creativity, value proposition selling and excellent customer management skills are needed to continue, support and grow existing platforms and identify new categories where value-added products can be created.
•You will need to speak confidently about the manufacturing / supply chain process and Kerry
•New business opportunities through standard product, custom product and integrated solution selling.
•The incumbent in this role will work extensively with the customer's teams, (R&D, Procurement, and management) to architect customized and value-added product solutions;
•Continue to support and grow existing platforms and identify new end user market where value-added solutions can be implemented.e customer up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications and skills
•Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Business Degree
•In Food/Beverage sales supporting CPG, Club or retail and its divisions
•Good working knowledge of food science how it relates to the product development and commercialization.
•Minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales in F&B industry ;
•Must embrace autonomy; Willingness to travel to Kerry offices and manufacturing facilities in addition to the offices and manufacturing facilities of the time
This individual should be entrepreneurial and have a desire to treat this account as their own business. Creativity, value proposition selling and excellent customer management skills are needed to continue support and grow existing platforms and identify new categories where value-added products can be created;
•The successful candidate must be able to speak confidently in food science and food processing conversations with customers;
•Proven track record of developing and growing customer business;
