    Account Manager/Director - Toronto, ON, Canada - International Executive Service Corps

    The Account Director is responsible for building long term relationships with our clients. The incumbent will be responsible for the leading Canadian airline, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
    Remote Options: This role will be on a hybrid work arrangement, located in Toronto, Canada, with time balanced between the client and home.
    Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
    · Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery.
    · Maintain account management plans and develop a solution orientated approach to drive account growth.
    · Maintain a strong industry network to leverage sales opportunities.
    · Source, analyze and share competitor intelligence, market data and industry trends for their airlines.
    · Provide general leadership support across your location and the wider teams.
    · Management of accounts with revenue of $1m plus
    · Managing teams (directly or indirectly), within a matrix organization
    · Commercial & financial acumen
    · Commercial negotiation and / or legal contracting experience

    Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la première compagnie aérienne canadienne, développera de nouvelles affaires avec les clients existants et recherchera activement de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
    Options de travail à distance: ce poste sera un poste hybride, situé à Toronto, au Canada, avec un équilibre entre le temps passé chez le client et le temps passé à la maison.

    · Être le contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives à la gestion des comptes clients, y compris la sélection du contenu et la prestation de services.
    · Négocier des contrats et conclure des accords qui maximisent les revenus et les marges.
    · Veiller à ce que nos solutions soient livrées en temps voulu et avec succès, conformément aux besoins, aux objectifs et aux accords de niveau de service des clients.
    · Maintenir les plans de gestion des comptes et développer une approche orientée vers les solutions pour stimuler la croissance des comptes.
    · Entretenir un réseau industriel solide pour multiplier les opportunités de vente.
    · Rechercher, analyser et partager les informations sur les concurrents, les données du marché et les tendances du secteur pour leurs compagnies aériennes.
    · Fournir un soutien général à la direction de votre site et des équipes plus larges.
    · Gestion de comptes dont le chiffre d'affaires est supérieur à 1 million de dollars
    · Gestion d'équipes (directement ou indirectement), au sein d'une organisation matricielle
    · Sens commercial et financier
    · Expérience de la négociation commerciale et/ou de la passation de contrats juridiques
