    Description
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service background.

    They should also have a good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client relationships and provide customer service
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
    • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
    • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions
    • Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • At least 2 years of customer service experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service background
    • Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
