    Workday Adaptive Planning Optimization Lead and Developer

    Accountabilities:

    • Act as the key liaison between Systems and Finance/FP&A for Planning, Reporting, and Analytics based projects
    • Lead the Workday Planning and Reporting optimization project through the entire systems development lifecycle, in conjunction with Finance counterparts
    • Be able to guide through all project phases including business process reviews, fit/gap assessments, configuration, development, testing, and implementation
    • Lead Workday deployments in collaboration with FP&A/Finance. This involves tasks such as testing, configuring, and ensuring the successful implementation of modules into a live production environment
    • Utilize your expertise in Workday to provide recommendations and support to FP&A/Finance. This includes addressing system challenges, prioritizing requirements, highlighting best practices, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency
    • Provide solutions to complex system challenges and ensure that the overall technology strategy aligns with the objectives of Iovate
    • Lead the Financial Analytics technical development in Power BI, in conjunction with counterparts through Finance and the business
    • Configure and develop Workday Adaptive Planning and integrations to meet unique business requirements
    • Work with the business and data migration team to help convert legacy data into Workday
    • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
    • Act as the primary contact and maintain a strong relationship with the Workday vendo

    Experience & Skillset:

    • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing budgeting and planning systems
    • Workday Adaptive Planning certification and implementation experience is preferred
    • Experience re-engineering budgeting and planning processes
    • Ability to translate customer business requirements to system configuration and business processes
    • Experience with project management and systems implementation is required
    • Experience with development within planning and reporting tools is required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Experience with object-oriented applications is a plus
    • A Bachelor's degree is required, Finance or Accounting preferre
