    Notre partenaire mondial recherche un(e) gestionnaire de la sécurité physique parfaitement bilingue (anglais/français), basé(e) à Lachine QC. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de superviser une équipe dédiée à la surveillance, à la protection et à la coordination des interventions en cas d'urgence. Vos responsabilités incluront également de veiller au respect de divers programmes réglementés externes, tels que le Programme des biens contrôlés (CGP) et le Programme de sécurité des contrats de l'OTAN (CSP), ainsi que de gérer les protocoles d'accès pour nos installations.

    Principales responsabilités:

    - Gérer les services de sécurité sous-traités pour garantir le respect des termes du contrat.
    - Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures de contrôle d'accès et de gestion des clés.
    - Rester informé des risques en matière de sécurité et recommander des mesures appropriées.
    - Agir en tant qu'officier de sécurité de l'entreprise pour le CSP de l'OTAN, en liaison avec les autorités compétentes.
    - Remplir le rôle de responsable désigné pour le Programme des biens contrôlés.
    - Faciliter les accréditations de sécurité et les autorisations d'accès pour les employés dans les aéroports canadiens.

    Exigences de base:

    - Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
    - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion dans des environnements de sécurité.
    - Connaissance des programmes de l'OTAN et du CGP.
    - Certification en santé et sécurité ou en intervention d'urgence.
    - Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de prévention des incendies.
    - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
    - Citoyenneté canadienne ou résidence permanente.

    Position Summary:

    Our global partner is seeking a Fully Bilingual (English/French) Manager of Physical Security, based in Lachine QC. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to surveillance, protection, and emergency response coordination. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with various externally regulated programs, such as the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and NATO's Contract Security Program (CSP), as well as managing access protocols for our facilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage subcontracted security services to ensure adherence to contract terms.
    - Develop and implement procedures for access control and key management.
    - Stay informed about security risks and recommend appropriate measures.
    - Serve as the Company Security Officer for NATO's CSP, liaising with relevant authorities.
    - Fulfill the role of Designated Official for the Controlled Goods Program.
    - Facilitate security accreditations and access authorizations for employees at Canadian airports.

    Basic Requirements:

    - Full Fluency in French and English
    - 5 to 10 years of relevant management experience in security environments.
    - Familiarity with NATO & CGP Programs.
    - Health and safety or emergency response certification.
    - Knowledge of fire prevention best practices.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    - Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

    - Strong observation skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    - Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to industry standards.
    - Effective communication skills across various mediums.
