    The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

    Reporting within the Corporate Center Risk and Control function, the Operational Risk Analyst / AVP will be responsible for documenting process flows, performing risk assessments, supporting issue management, documenting operational loss events, metric reporting, and supporting third party management processes.

    The role includes supporting the execution of the Risk Control Self-Assessment framework and Issue Management related processes.

    The successful candidate will have a keen interest in learning about risk and various disciplines and be able to work independently as well as with others at various levels within the organization to properly ensure risk assessments are completed on time and meet the Bank's quality standards.

    Document critical business process flows
    Support Business Unit and Division Risk Managers in execution of Risk Control Self Assessments in the Bank's GRC tool
    Assist with the issue management process, including documenting Issue Descriptions, Action Plans, and issue validation
    Perform data analysis and reporting related to key risk metrics
    Support the Control Testing Office as needed
    Provide accurate and timely operational risk reporting
    Assist with operational loss events and determining root cause analysis
    Assist with other risk assessment requests from second line risk management groups such as Third-Party Risk
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    ~3 plus years of experience in the financial services industry in risk management or internal audit environment
    ~ Highly motivated professional with understanding of key risk concepts
    ~ Ability to produce high quality process documentation with quick turnaround times
    ~ Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and Processes
    ~ Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS and Visio)
