What You'll Be Doing:
    • Accounting
      • Prepare and maintain General Ledger Account Reconciliations
      • Prepare and post journal entries to Accounting System
      • Assist preparation of financial statements and note disclosures
      • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Functions
      • Other ad hoc accounting duties as required
    • Payroll
      • Support Payroll Admin with processing semi-monthly payroll cycles
      • Update and reconcile employee records within the payroll system
      • Assist in the the handling of employee benefits administration
    What You Should Already Have:
    • 2+ years of progressive accounting and/or payroll experience
    • Intermediate to Expert level with Excel
    • Experience with Sage Accounting System and ADP Workforce considered an asset
