    Cyntech is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary, AB office to provide engineering, estimating and administrative support to the Engineering and Project Management teams

    Target Programs: Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Qualifications:

    • Team player
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with AutoCAD can be helpful but is not mandatory.
    • Possess good verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Qualified candidates should be working towards a BS degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities.

      Responsibilities:
      • Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects.
      • Complete preliminary engineered designs which incorporate aspects of both geotechnical and structural engineering
      • Carry out cost estimates and complete proposals for new opportunities.
      • Prepare CAD drawings for the manufacturing team and client.
      • Issue work orders to the manufacturing team & track manufacturing progress.
      • Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity.
      • Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation.
