    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Project Manager. J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. Madison,Wisconsin. Perform civil and project engineering duties in planning andoverseeing the preconstruction of building structures and facilities.
    Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and monthlypayment requests. Manage contract terms including prompt invoiceapproval, resolving issues, and Certificates of Insurance. Prepare,distribute, and track requests for information (RFI). Distribute andtrack CB\'s, request for proposals (RFP), and other change issuedocumentation. Collaborate with the Superintendent to create a detailedproject schedule, update project progress, and distribute on regularintervals to project stakeholders.

    Prepare and manage close outactivities including but not limited to creation, distribution andtracking of punch lists, O&M and Owner training, change orders,contracts, permits, approvals, and Owner occupancy.

    Manage theprocurement log and submittal process. Review shop drawings and samplesfor conformance to documents. Responsible for scheduling, preparing,facilitating, and documenting job meetings and task meetings. Prepareand manage the Owner contracts, consultant contracts, permits, andapprovals. Prepare instructions to bidders for review by projectmanagement staff and participate in bid package preparation. Review andnegotiate bid results. Responsible for estimating, quantity take off,and pricing. Manage budget development and strategic budget preparation.
    Lead subcontractor negotiations. Promptly code invoices, issue changeorders, and resolve issues. Lead change order negotiations by utilizingthe change management process. Lead the incorporating virtualconstruction and BIM coordination to benefit projects. Ensure fieldpersonnel have accurate and up-to-date cost codes, labor budgets, andquantities to plan and execute the work. Assist Superintendent withshort duration scheduling, quantity tracking, and timekeeping. Activelyparticipate in storyboarding efforts and foreman\'s meetings. Requires aMaster\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. 2years of experience in any Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, or relatedrole. 2 years of experience in project management and field engineering.2 years of experience working on high rise residential projects.
    Demonstrated experience with master schedules on Microsoft Project andPrimavera. Demonstrated experience with quantity takeoff, costestimation, and preconstruction.

    In lieu of a Master\'s degree plus 2years of experience, a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or aclosely related field plus 5 years of experience in any Civil Engineer,Site Engineer, or related role; 5 years of experience in projectmanagement and field engineering; and 5 years of experience working onhigh rise residential projects; plus demonstrated experience listedabove is also acceptable.
